About LIVEM

Systems thinking
applied.

LIVEM was born out of an uncomfortable observation: most companies that invest in artificial intelligence don't get the results they expected. Not for lack of technology, but for lack of method.

We work with CEOs, executives and teams at mid-size and large companies across Latin America and Spain. Our language is the language of business, not of the lab. We talk about decisions, processes, people and data.

What we offer isn't a menu of technologies. It's a method to think about AI adoption with a cool head: prioritize what matters, drop what distracts, and build foundations that hold up to the next change.

Who's behind it

Oscar Murgueytio

Founder · AI adoption consultant

I work with executives and teams at mid-size and large companies across Latin America and Spain to integrate AI where it produces real value — not where it looks good in a demo.

My approach combines systems thinking, executive judgment and a deliberate bias toward what's measurable. The right question isn't which tool to buy, but which decision is worth accelerating.

Principles

What we believe.

01

Business before technology

The right question isn't which tool to buy, but which decision is worth accelerating.

02

Systems thinking

Every technology decision is evaluated by its impact on people, processes and governance.

03

Uncomfortable honesty

We say when a project shouldn't even start. Our job is to protect your investment, not inflate it.

04

Measurable outcomes

Every engagement has success criteria defined before we begin.
